Hello there! Meet James Sullivan, the scariest monster that ever stalked a kid's
bedroom closet. Don't let all that fur and those fangs scare you. He is quite
a sweet'ums. Yes, Mr. Sullivan? Sure Mr. Sullivan. I won't say sweet'ums again.
I understand. I wouldn't want to hurt your professional reputation.
And the green ball with the eye is Michael Warsowski. Mr. Warsowski and Mr. Sullivan are best pals. Mr. Warsowski here has a really pretty girl friend and gets terribly excited whenever he is in the spotlight. Calm down now, Mr. Warsowski!
Then the gentleman here... where is he? Ah, there he appears. Quite the chameleon he is. Disappears and all, don't you Mr. Randall. Psst... don't want him to hear this, but mind you, he is a sleaze-ball if there was ever one!
The rest of them form the rest of Monsters Inc. "We scare because we care!" And they sure seem to be doing a good job, what! Who goes there?! Ah! Li'l Boo. Come here, Boo! What did you say? Warsowski? She quite likes the green guy. You should have seen the day she walked into the monster world. Everyone almost went nuts screaming their eyeballs off. Poor Jim there with the hundred eyes had the worst time.
You see, these guys look scary and all, but put a kid in front of them and they'd run for their lives! They even have a CDA - Child Detection Agency! They'd sterilize everything from a kid's sock to their booger, given a chance! Kinda paranoid, these guys are!
But then Sully (Mr. Sullivan, of course!) and Boo here gets pally and then they pull in Mike (Sheesh! Warsawski! Don't you guys know nothing?). And the three have a fun time running from the CDA, Randall (see, I'm still calling him Randall!) and the rest of the gang. They stumble across a foul plot Randall is cooking, get stuck in the Himalayas with the Abominable Snowman, and get back and save the day and all.
Any doubts, people? Ah, the gentleman with snakes for hair! Why scare kids, you ask? Well, the monsters here tap the energy from the screams and keep their world running. But after Sully meets Boo, the screaming business all stops. Now they just make the kids laugh.
Yes sir? You, the one with the false fangs! You want Boo's comments? What say, li'l Boo?
See! Told you she likes the guy!
That's about it, guys! You'd better catch these spooks, and catch them soon, 'cos this town likes wizards better than monsters. Believe me, the spooks tickle you much better! You don't have to take my word for it! Ask li'l Boo!
