Quite intentionally, director Pandiraj's marital drama unfolds like standing in the spit-zone of a couple's explosive argument, where you're by turns fascinated, horrified, and oddly entertained as insults, threats and even bullets are hurled from both sides.
The chaos begins when Aakasam (Vijay Sethupathi) finds that his wife, Maharani (Nithya Menen), has taken their baby daughter to get her head tonsured without his knowledge. Enraged, he storms into the scene, boxes the barber's ears, snatches his half-bald child out of Maharani's arms, and launches into a blistering tirade. ....
