Not sure I got the point - since this story is public anyway (it's a true life incident), it would have been okay to talk about the story. It's like trying not to reveal the story in a review of a movie about Dhoni. And I did not think the story could be skipped to make most of the observations the writer made about the merits of the film. (And wasn't the last but one para about the technicalities?)
A film that celebrates everyday heroism, Sully makes the commonplace special and brings that little element of hope and magic into your cynical, weary, work-infested life. How nice it is to be told that this is a true story, and how fabulous that Clint Eastwood is eloquently retelling this tale worldwide.
