Idi Sangathi is a remarkable movie - there isn’t a single clean character in it. Everybody is a crook.
Or maybe what is remarkable is the world, which is merely what the movie tries to reflect.
It’s possible to dismiss Idi Sangathi as a particularly pessimistic view of the world. Only, all of us who've lived long enough know deep down that it would be particularly optimistic to do that. If we don't know too many bad people, it merely means we haven't networked enough. Or that we haven't had a chance to see all those people who we think we know well, face really....
