Suyodhana

A young and creative Foley artist has heard a mysterious voice named Suyodhana since childhood and often envisions a figure in Duryodhanas getup. Raised with care by his mother and supported by his love interest and childhood friend, his life changes when he is accused of his fathers murder, leading to a shocking investigation into his past.

There are countless movies in Telugu and Kannada - Kantara, Kannappa, Hanu-Man, Jatadhara, Akhanda... the list is long - in recent times where mythological references are used as metaphors for modern dilemmas. Suyodhana is the latest to attempt this. It draws inspiration from the lesser-used character of the Mahabharata, Duryodhana - whose actual name, according to some scholars, was Suyodhana.
