All the words that occur to you when you get down to describing "The One" are superlatives: worst, nastiest, lousiest, corniest… If you are an ardent follower of Baz Luhrmann who believes in "Doing one thing every day that scares you", then trust me on this; this would be your scariest day.
All that The One does is to try to cash in on the success of "The Matrix". But what it ends up being is one amorphous mass of cheap effects and ridiculously stupid action. They left the film right open for a sequel, but hope they don't even try or think about it.
