Seriously? Buxom "aunties" need lessons on how not to stir up hormonal chaos in adolescent boys?
That tiny detail aside, it's easy to see why the original Rathinirvedam was popular. This story of a teenager's obsession with an older women is, in essence, a pretty well-articulated depiction of early sexual curiosity, and was ahead of its time. Plus, of course, there was the fact that you could proudly tell people you were going to watch an award-winning movie, and actually get porn in the theatre.
What is not easy to see is why they had to remake it in the age of o....
