Review bang on target for the most part, except (IMO) when pointing fingers at Abraham's and Ram's performances, which, I thought, were good, but let down by the writing and direction. I thought it had a 'Notting Hill' hangover, and forced most of the time (cases in point - the 'crush' one of the characters has on another, the tedious/repetitive proposals, the finale, the forced feel of some of the humor). Of the interruptive score, the less said the better, but spare a thought for the title piece, and 'Hello'. This is probably Rahman at his lowest. Pity, that the movie's subtext on suicidal callers (Attention grabbers? Or lonely souls reaching out?) gets lost in the melee. Cringe when Pakhi decides to dance, or when an actor making an cameo tries emoting. Hoping the Tyrewalas take more care the next time they decide to collaborate. 'Jaane tu...' - flash in the pan. Having said that, this one has more thought and soul than a 'Dabanng'.

JHOOTHA HI SAHI REVIEW
Complicated relationships, double lives, gay couples, unwed mothers-to-be, people on the verge of committing suicide - it's a pretty chaotic world out there. Emotional clutter as a cinematic theme, though, works in India only when executed by a strong star cast that makes all that seem like fun. Jhootha Hi Sahi tries to go the American sitcom way, but ends up pretty jerky and contrived for the most part.
