It is a war of wills: A captured Pakistan-sponsored terrorist swears he will
destroy the country while a police commissioner (in whose custody the terrorist
is) will not leave any stone unturned to stop the menace that the terrorist
is going to unleash from behind the high security prison. A war of words follows
between the two strongmen and the stage is set to prove their talents.
In the first round, the dreaded terrorist, Wasim Khan (Mukesh Rishi), lives
