Here is a movie that is beyond anyone's understanding. The reason? Well, the dialogues can hardly be deciphered. From the cast I could presume that it is the dubbed version of a Tamil movie. But nothing more could be learnt.
The story revolves around Rosy, who runs a photo studio. Satish (Dilip), her boyfriend, is a journalist. There is a strange multi-storied building opposite to her studio, in which there is a continuous show of dances. Now, for your information, these dances aren't half as erotic as the conventional Bollywood dances.
In the same building lives Sheena, a model, who wins the Miss India crown. She makes you wonder if the judges who selected her suffer from some kind of a blindness. Anyway, someone in the movie, like me, had enough of her, so she is killed.
The murder is witnessed by Rosy, but Satish advises her to stay away from police to avoid undue harassment. Sheena's father, who lives in Malaysia, asks the police to speed up the investigation. Rosy's sister, a friend of Sheena, goes to him and asks him for his Malaysian address to contact him if she has any clue about the murder.
Sheena's father is also murdered, and Rosy's house is also burnt in which her father and sister die. The killer is finally revealed and is caught.
It appears the producer first bribed the censor board to give the film an 'A' certificate, then some guys to include some non-existent steamy scenes on the poster, and finally the management of the theater to show a picture that doesn't even have a single 'scene'. In fact, the normal 'U' certificate films have heroines in skimpier clothes.
Nothing here to hold your attention.
