We've got no clue why this movie is named so - there are no blue eyes anywhere. And as is usual in these theaters and such films, the projector guy did some editing of his own, so we can tell you only what we gathered through the bits and pieces that made sense.
Roger Everett is the head of a big MNC, and he has big plans for expansion. There is this guy called Jim Lomax who is some kind of art director. Jim's friend works for Roger, and gets Jim a job. Somewhere along the way, Roger realizes that Jim is the guy who's been sleeping with his wife Carolyn. They have an ego clash, and Jim gets fired. But Carolyn does not stop seeing Jim and this leads to a messy triangle.
Jim decides to do whatever it takes to ruin Roger's plans. Roger needs the votes of some influential people to get his plan passed. But Jim gets to them first and poisons their minds against Roger. Jim even gets some incriminating evidence gathered with a hidden camera. All in all, he manages to destroy Roger. This sets the scene for a somewhat gripping climax where Roger goes to Jim's house and threatens to kill both him and Carolyn. He then asks Carolyn to choose between the two of them, to add a little romance to the story. Finally, in a very Hindi filmi way, Jim's dog saves the day by attacking Roger, allowing Carolyn to grab a gun and shoot him. All's well that ends well.
There is absolutely no reason to watch this movie. The story is nonsense, there's
hardly any excitement, the theater is bad, and, to answer t-h-e question, no,
there's none.
