'She is hungry for passion' screamed the poster, trying to attract the attention of the discerning viewer. So I decided to give this movie a try. After all, it's my job. So one Sunday afternoon I found myself in front of Ramakrishna 35mm buying tickets for this film. I was encouraged by the fact that there were quite a few of my fellow Hyderabadis to keep me company!
Next I entered the theater and settled down for an hour of soft porn enjoyment. Now for some perspective for the ones who know-it-all. Of all the cinema halls that show porn flicks, I personally think that Ramakrishna is the best. The theater is spick and span and very well maintained. The seats are extremely comfortable and the ambience is very pleasing. It's always a pleasure to watch porn films in Ramakrishna.
Well coming to the story, it's the usual story line of two people caught in an affair that they can't control. The heroine is one hot babe. She is already married to one guy, but the problem with him is that he is too decent and can't 'satisfy' her. One day she meets a friend of her husband and there's instant chemistry. The screen is set on fire. Unfortunately the affair can't go anywhere. And the disappointing climax is how these guys try to behave like intelligent adults and get back to their old lives as if nothing has happened.
The story line was just right for the director to put in steamy scenes. But alas, Joe D'Amato did not consider the Indian censor board. Still, if you're going there for the porn and not the moral, there are a few erotic scenes. And the heroine is beautiful. Her presence makes the movie worth it.
