A young girl commits a 'mistake' in the 'passion of youth', and regrets it... how novel, right? And that is why this movie is an utter waste of time.
Missy is a student who goes to live with her sister Monica and her husband Prabhakar. She is feeling the first flushes of youth, and watching her sister and her husband having a great time in bed, and otherwise, doesn't exactly help matters. She spends a lot of frustrated nights not knowing what to do.
A young man, Richard, who's connected with Prabhakar's business, comes into the picture. She immediately falls for him, and after a few meetings, he too falls for her. And as you can guess, she ends up getting pregnant. Richard doesn't want to marry her yet because it would obstruct his career. Prabhakar and Monica go to him and convince him to marry her, but by the time they return to the house, unable to bear the shame, Missy has committed suicide. There is also an absolutely pointless side-story (as is common in these movies!) about Monica's friend and her marital problems.
I'm sure this is an extremely bad advertisement for the movie, but there is really
nothing in the movie to hold your interest, except for maybe the odd 'scene' here
and there. And trust me, those are nothing to rave about!
